Job Description – Bottle Service Manager

ROOM 22 – POTTS POINT

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Bottle Service Manager to oversee and elevate our VIP guest experience. This role requires a balance of hospitality, sales, and team leadership, ensuring our bottle service runs seamlessly while creating a high-energy, premium atmosphere for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage the bottle service team to deliver exceptional VIP service.
  • Oversee all aspects of bottle service operations including reservations, table assignments, and guest experience.
  • Drive sales by promoting premium packages, upselling, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients and foster repeat business.
  • Coordinate with security, bartenders, and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest safety.
  • Monitor RSA compliance and ensure all bottle service staff adhere to legal and venue standards.
  • Handle guest issues or escalations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track sales, maintain accurate records, and report to venue management on performance and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within nightlife, hospitality, or luxury service preferred.
  • Retail and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of VIP guest expectations and nightclub culture.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy environment.
