Description:
Liquor Barons Perth City is an inner city bottle shop for CBD deliveries, casual sales, regular corporates, residents in proximity and tradies. We pride ourselves on our extensive selection, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional customer service. The role calls for a personable and experienced Bottle Shop Manager to lead our team and pursue turn over driven KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- All aspects of the store’s operations, including but not limited to, stock control, merchandising, and sales.
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and operates within budget (KPI’s to be disclosed at interview).
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members, fostering a positive and productive floor team.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and ensure compliance with RSA.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
- Ensure corporate delivery service is efficient and timely.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Be prepared to experiment, trial and try with no harsh criticism (a person who has never made a mistake has never run a business)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in retail management in the liquor industry (minimum 2 years experience, hands on day to day management).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities (applicants will require English as the mother tongue or second language to a high standard).
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Strong organisation, planning and a ‘can do attitude’.
- RSA certificate.
- A current WA Approved Managers Card.
- A current WA Police Clearance.
