Responsibilities

Cut ,debone and trim meat and poultry
Prepare and package meats for sale
Check and maintain proper temperature of refrigerators and freezers
Clean the work tools and ensure the cleanliness of his workstation
Clean the cold room at the end of the day
Respect established working methods and rules
Comply with hygiene and sanitation standards
Comply with health and safety standards
Do any other related tasks
