Summary Job Description MAIN PURPOSE The purpose of this role is to plan, develop and implement overall retail strategy and training to achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented culture and to achieve company goals for retention growth and profitability. This position reports to the Retail Excellence Manager and collaborates with headquarters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Training Strategy & Localization - Localize annual training plans based on global (WW) guidelines. - Lead the development and execution of locally tailored training programs to equip retail teams with the necessary expertise to achieve sales targets. Content Development & Translation - Translate training programs into Japanese and adapt materials to meet local communication needs. - Maintain and continuously improve existing training materials. Training Delivery & Follow-up - Conduct and facilitate training sessions. - Collaborate with Boutique Managers and Boutique Trainers to ensure effective follow-up and reinforcement of in-class training. Performance Improvement Initiatives - Analyze KPIs to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions. - Partner with Retail Managers and Boutique Managers to implement, monitor, and refine initiatives that enhance performance. Project Support & Cross-functional Collaboration - Support the localization of selling and service excellence projects. - Work with external partners to develop program frameworks and participate in delivery. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful implementation and maximize program impact. REQUIREMENT Being able to work with the spirit of “One Team”, the culture of Boucheron Japan Bachelor’s degree or higher Fluent in Japanese and Conversational to Business English (reading/writing) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or watch industry, with a background in sales and training preferred Strong interpersonal and coaching skills Proactive and creative mindset; ability to build programs from scratch Self-motivated, logical thinker, and results-driven High sense of responsibility and perseverance Strong multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable using various IT tools Job Type Regular Start Date 2025-12-01 Schedule Full time Organization BOUCHERON JAPAN LIMITED Created by Frederic Boucheron in 1858, Boucheron is built through four generations of direct descendants.
