Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered. - Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations. - Maintain personal and productivity goals - Establish a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. - Ability to learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs. - Maintain knowledge of all products through product training. - Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager use social media.
