JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises while providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff, as well as monitoring access points to prevent unauthorized entry.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to identify unusual behavior or potential threats.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations professionally.
