Responsibilities

We are seeking exceptional and brand-aligned talent to embrace our by charlotte vision and culture to deliver meaningful experiences to our customers. This role will report to the Miranda Boutique Manager in our retail team and work closely with other key internal by charlotte stakeholders. Read on for the main responsibilities.

  • Maintain an exceptional level of service by always leading by example in communication and customer engagement.
  • Review store performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to share feedback with the wider team and develop strategies and key focus areas for improvement.
  • Provide specific coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations and customer service.
  • Offer ongoing coaching opportunities to all team members in product knowledge, storytelling and selling skills to develop best-in-business product and service experts.
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to ensure growth outcomes and set targets are achieved within the store.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and presented according to business guidelines.
  • Monitor traffic trends and effective rostering to achieve maximum sales potential.
  • Uphold relevant policies and procedures to ensure team comprehension and compliance, brand spirit and culture.
  • Always maintains a safe working environment aligned with Work Health and Safety standards and guidelines.
