We are looking for a Boutqiue Assistant to provide full operational support for retail team, to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.   Exceptional market leading benefits such as comprehensive family medical insurance (including dependents), 17 paid statutory holidays, 12 vacation days and 3 days paid carers leave.   Key Responsibilities    In Boutique - Operational Support    Responsible for stockroom operations and stock management in line with company’s standard but not limited to stockroom maintenance Perform daily housekeeping of merchandise, stock replenishment, and collaterals in stockroom and sales floor Receiving and packing of inventory Arrange transfer of merchandise to other stores as requested and product flow Physical stock replenishment to store to maintain brand and visual merchandising standards Support in-store customer service – operational activities, telephone answering with etiquette, and administrative tasks Support in-store customer order pick ups (including from online click & collect) Provide backup services to sales team   Out of Boutique- Operational Support   Coordinate and deliver customer’s order as requested Pick up daily boutique’s supplies including cake and pastry, plants, collaterals etc. Bank-in cheques and post office arrangement for parcel courier Handle delivery of documents between stakeholders   Other   Any other tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor and Senior Supervisor       Requirements   Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Form 5 graduated or above with equivalent work experience Experience in retail industry is preferable Good interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills Fluent in Cantonese.
