Job Description Be an ambassador and a leader in this success of the boutique and be accountable for providing best customer experience, for pre and post selling of the products of the boutique, for product and brand promotion and for making productive contributions by executing assigned work, within given time frames and in ways that meet objetives. Demostrate exemplary behavior and strong leadership, taking initiatives within the team. Bring solutions at any time. Play a key role in the development of sales. Subtitute the Boutique manager in case of his/her absence. Responsabilities: Replace the boutique manager while his/her absence Participate actively to develop a new sales opportunities and client relationship development in line with objetives Ensure the optimal customer experience in the boutique for new sales, customer service and all visitors. Provide reliable accurate and first class cutomer service. In depth products knowledge and prices . Able to explain estimates repairs. Ensure quality set up and organization of the boutique / front and back office . Coordinate the internal and external events- individual and with the team. Be an expert of all IT/Sales/ CRM/ Back Office tools and be a point of reference for the team on these tools. Assistance in staff supervision: Assist strongly the boutique Director by leading, coaching, developing the hard and soft skills and sales spirit of the team in line with sales strategy and objetives Manage staff and operations planing. Insure recruitment, integration, coaching, development, task definition, organization and follow up the sale trainees Competences: Collect CRM data and follow selling plans to create selling opportunities. provide administrative and operational support on daily tasks and for specific Marketing events. Manage client relationship and client experience within the boutique, handle effectively complex selling situations and respond to complaints effectively.
