POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Boutique Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that supports our showroom operations, management team, client experiences, and overall store presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable working in a quick-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Must be available to work weekends and three evenings a week until 9pm.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the showroom is pristine and welcoming.
• Assist with cleaning and organization throughout the day to maintain a beautiful environment.
• Support inventory management, including unpacking, tagging, and organizing gowns and accessories.
• Provide client support by assisting stylists, greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth appointment flow.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional experience for every bride.
