  This position involves retail selling, customer service, and merchandising the store within a local family-owned retail business. Join our amazing team assisting in day-to-day operations at Steamboat’s favorite boutique!
  Valleygirl & Ruby Jane Boutiques are known for stylish, unique and affordable fashion, accessories and home decor with 8 locations throughout the mountains of Colorado and along the front range. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales Associate positions are part time or full time, one weekend day on most weeks
• Organized and structured individuals with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize and think strategically about the business; recognize areas of improvement and implement changes as needed
• Friendly and approachable customer service
• Professional, trustworthy, reliable and honest

• Manage inventory levels to ensure products are available for customers.
• Utilize POS system for transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Train new employees on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase store visibility.
• Maintain a clean and organized boutique environment for a pleasant shopping experience.
