• Create exceptional in-store experiences by welcoming, advising, and engaging customers
• Drive sales through upselling, storytelling, and product expertise
• Follow up with clients — both online and offline — with prompt, personalised communication
• Develop client loyalty through proactive outreach, profiling, and one-on-one service
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure a polished, organized store
• Support daily operations including opening/closing duties and visual merchandising
