We’re seeking an experienced subcontractor to care for a brand-new boutique building in New Farm. This is a consistent, long-term role maintaining a site that has been kept to a high standard by the owner — who will also cover shifts if you can’t attend.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in commercial or residential cleaning
• ABN and own public liability insurance
• Eye for detail & pride in maintaining immaculate spaces
• Reliable, professional, and able to work unsupervised
• Committed to workplace health & safety practices

• Pay: $30–$35/hr (ABN subcontractor rate)
• Schedule: 2 hrs per morning – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
• Duties:
• Commercial cleaning of bathrooms, walkways, lift, and courtyard
• Keeping high-traffic touch points spotless
• Maintaining presentation of public areas
