In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Boutique Store Assistant for our fully renovated Resort in Corfu, Alkyna Lifestyle Beach Resort. Position Summary To provide guests with a memorable shopping experience by offering exceptional service and showcasing store products, while ensuring the boutique store operates smoothly and efficiently. Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner Provide information on products Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register/POS system Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management Support the implementation of promotional activities Ensure guest satisfaction and handle any inquiries or minor complaints Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a boutique setting Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent Warm, engaging, and service-oriented personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment Competitive remuneration package Career advancement in a fast-growing organization Continuous learning & development within a transparent & inclusive working environment Collaborative working environment Accommodation & meals Ella Resorts are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences across its brand and our amazing Team members are at the heart of it.
