Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our boutique. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and communication, a passion for customer service, and a keen eye for trends. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and creating an inviting shopping environment that enhances the customer experience. Location- Fisherman's Village- Punta Gorda Pay: $60,000.00 -$65,000.00 (annual salary) Based on Experience Shift- Full-time, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays (required) Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store goals and maximize profitability. Maintain financial accuracy through effective training in managing cash registers and sales reports. Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Requirements Proven experience in retail management within a luxury product line or beauty industry is most desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and staff schedules. Proficiency in math for handling transactions, payroll, and financial reporting.
