Description
Description Open and close the bowling alley in accordance with established operating procedures. Monitor members and guests to ensure compliance with bowling rules and safety guidelines. Operate the Conqueror scoring system to make adjustments or corrections and instruct bowlers on proper use of bowling equipment. Serve food and beverages to members and guests. Accurately process food and bowling fees using the Jonas POS system. Place food orders with the kitchen through Jonas and retrieve orders when ready. Perform cleaning duties after each reservation block to maintain a clean and safe environment. Duties include disinfecting bowling shoes, cleaning tables and chairs, disposing of trash, and removing full trash bags. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Family Activities Director or Family Activities Supervisor. Requirements Friendly, service-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across departments. Strong organizational, time management and communication skills Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required Must provide proof of identity and employment authorization per federal I-9 requirements for new and re-hires. Capable of meeting the physical demands and responsibilities of the position including long periods of standing and quick movement around the work area. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
