Job Details Job Location: Casino - Tuolumne, CA Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Description SUMMARY: Responsible for providing Bowling Guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service. Also ensures that maximum utilization of lanes and equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of customers. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to) Greets customers as they enter the center. Assigns open lanes to customers, and manage a “Wait List” for lanes when applicable. Keeps track of lanes as they open and assign them to customers on the wait list. Rents shoes and helps customers to locate house balls. Prepares for and begins league play according to schedule. Handles Guest phone inquiries and take reservations for open play when available. Pages customers in house and/or provides message service. Makes promotional announcements. Remains alert for Guest disturbances. Accepts payment and makes change for monies tendered. Adheres to Black Oak Casino Resort and departmental appearance standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Mandatory Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old with valid work permit or High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent preferred. Prior bowling experience is preferred. Working knowledge of computers preferred. Must be able to communicate and work effectively with all Team Members. Must be able to convey a positive and professional image to Guests and Team Members. Must possess good organizational and judgment skills. Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license. Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test. Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English. Physical Demands: Must be physically able to perform all job requirements. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance. Work Environment: Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment. Must be able to work in a noisy environment. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Responsibilities
