Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in customer service or entertainment roles. * Previous experience with laser tag or similar recreational activities. * Certification in first aid and CPR. * Ability to lead groups and manage team dynamics. * Familiarity with electronic game equipment and troubleshooting. Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for clearly explaining game rules and safety instructions to diverse groups, ensuring that all participants understand and enjoy the experience. Physical stamina and attentiveness are essential for managing the dynamic environment and responding quickly to any safety concerns. Customer service skills help in creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolving any guest issues promptly and professionally. Preferred skills such as first aid certification and experience with electronic equipment enhance your ability to maintain a safe environment and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently Day shift Evening shift Night shift Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Holiday availability (Except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) is required for all shifts
