Description: Exercise the general responsibilities necessary to minimize operational costs and maximize profitability. Assist in hiring and counseling Team Members. Responsible for annual reviews and one-on-one sessions with direct report Team Members.  Ensure the development of subordinate staff with on-going training. Responsible for scheduling of direct report Team Members. Responsible for developing departmental Standards of Performance Manual and assist Leader in developing Policy and Procedure Manuals. Responsible for developing intense skill training programs and assisting Guest Services Supervisor in implementation of training for Guest Services Representatives, including, but not limited to, Brunswick system, league interface, POS Systems and customer courtesy programs. Oversee daily bowling center operations, ensuring the highest standards of facility cleanliness, safety, and guest service. Support financial success by helping control operational costs, reviewing profit and loss performance, and assisting with annual budgets and business plans. Drive group and event sales by managing incoming leads, negotiating contracts, and securing group room and event revenue. Proactively grow business by completing at least 50 cold calls per month, hosting site inspections, and cultivating new client relationships.    Qualifications:    Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. Friendly, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic personality. Well organized and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal, written communication skills, Team member and Guest relations skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Prior management experience in bowling industry required. Ability to work any shift or hours.
