Description Logistics Technician Associate – 3rd Shift Denver, CO Pay: $19.29/hr. + Shift Differential ($20.45/hr.) Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Full-Time *Most likely, we will bring you on with a temp service for the first 3 months. Build. Create. Stay Active. We're looking for dependable individuals to build custom shipping crates and boxes for Caterpillar equipment while helping keep the work area organized and running smoothly. No two nights are the same, and you'll finish each shift knowing you accomplished something tangible. A Day in the Life Taking out trash and compacting it Snow shoveling, driving a snow plow, keeping the sidewalks clean, putting down salt Building custom wooden boxes and crates using hand and power tools Measuring and cutting materials for shipping containers Preparing equipment and parts for shipment Cleaning up scrap materials and maintaining an organized work area Working safely alongside a supportive team Using basic computer systems to record work as needed This is an active position where you'll be on your feet, using your hands, and working as part of a team every day. Requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:? Dependable and shows up ready to work? Comfortable using hand and power tools? Able to lift, bend, stand, and stay active throughout the shift? Detail-oriented and safety-focused? A team player with a positive attitude? High school diploma or GED Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or woodworking is a plus—but we're happy to train someone with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
