GFL Environmental is looking for a Box Truck Driver- Class 3 License to join our team in Trail, BC!,
This role will safely operate a commercial box truck and will include record-keeping, communicating with dispatch, and adhering to traffic regulations, while required skills are excellent driving ability, time management, strong communication, and customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Class 3 Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Shift work with overtime as required.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate various types of trucks including Box Truck, Roll-off and Front End.
  • Safely load, transport and unload a variety of goods.
  • Complete all required transport documents including pre & post trip inspections.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner.
  • Perform driver check-ins at day’s end to ensure complete and accurate run/paperwork completion.
