Description What you'll do... Trust Logistics, a division of Trust Consulting Services, is seeking a reliable and motivated Box Truck Driver Helper to support our delivery operations. As a Helper, you will assist the Driver in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transport of goods to our valued customers. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to teamwork and customer service. Day to day you’ll … Assist the driver with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring goods are properly secured to prevent damage. Help organize and prepare deliveries for accuracy before departure. Provide support with navigating routes, reading maps, and using GPS systems as needed. Accompany the driver to customer sites, providing courteous and professional customer service during deliveries and pickups. Maintain delivery documentation, verifying items and assisting with record-keeping as directed by the driver. Ensure that all company safety policies and procedures are followed at all times. Assist in conducting routine vehicle checks, such as ensuring cargo areas are clean, organized, and secure. Respond promptly and adapt to unexpected changes in schedule, routes, or delivery conditions. Requirements Training and Education High school diploma or GED preferred. Work Experience Prior experience in delivery, warehousing, or logistics support preferred but not required. Qualifications Valid state ID and ability to pass a background check. Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items safely. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Physical stamina and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and workloads. Professional appearance and attitude.
