Description Summary/ Objective: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a box truck, F-250 Gooseneck Hauler, F-350 with Flatbed Hauler, warehouse equipment, handling inventory, and making local deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service and accuracy. Responsibilities Daily on-site attendance Urgency in daily tasks and deliveries Operate a box truck safely and efficiently with a valid Class C Driver’s License Load, unload, and transport products to internal customer and company location(s) Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks Use RF scanners for order transfers, and inventory tracking Assist with minor inventory control and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy before and after inventory transporting Prepare and verify shipments and delivery paperwork included Ability to accurately keep up with daily inventory transfer logs Inspect vehicles and equipment daily to ensure safe operation Maintain clean and organized vehicles and delivery areas Follow company safety procedures and DOT regulations Provide professional customer service during deliveries and warehouse interactions Qualifications Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record Previous experience driving a box truck, F-250 Gooseneck Hauler, F-350 with Flatbed Hauler Certified or experienced operating: Forklift Reach Truck Electric Pallet Jack Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment Knowledge of inventory control procedures Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse and distribution experience Experience with shipping and receiving processes Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and delivery vehicles Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Must be able to complete various activities in the Warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying parts/components Schedule Full-time hours from 7:00am- 5:30pm depending on workload, there may be occasional longer days and occasional weekends as needed. Employee is expected to work the hours necessary in order to timely and satisfactorily complete all necessary work tasks and deliveries Monday–Friday (with possible overtime as needed) Education and Experience · Relevant Warehouse experience within the past 5 years · Must be computer literate and able to easily learn ERP systems · Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred
