Our India Center in Mumbai is a global capability hub supporting business growth through insights, analytics, technology, and shared services. Role Overview The Business Performance Analytics team is part of the Insights & Analytics function, enabling data-driven decision-making across General Mills’ North America business. This role focuses on transforming consumer and POS data into actionable insights that drive brand, category, pricing, and innovation strategies. Key Responsibilities Deliver actionable insights using consumer panel and POS data across categories Lead monthly performance reporting and deep-dive analyses for senior stakeholders Synthesize multiple data sources (Numerator, Nielsen, 84.51°, Walmart Scintilla, NIQ) into clear business stories Act as SME for consumer panel data and partner with operating units Own and enhance innovation dashboards; work closely with tech and visualization teams Manage stakeholders and lead projects end-to-end with high accountability Qualifications 4–6 years of experience with consumer panel data (Nielsen, Numerator, Kantar); POS data exposure required Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Statistics Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint FMCG/CPG experience preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
