THE ROLE

Were seeking a strategic thinker with deep technical abilities and a passion for leading digital transformation. As BPM Lead, youll partner with clients on Business Process Management and Process Orchestration projects, manage relationships, and guide a talented team through complex solution delivery. Youll be responsible for shaping solution architecture, driving agile delivery, and identifying new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead solution design and delivery across large-scale BPM, BPI, and automation projects.
• Conduct deep technical discussions with senior stakeholders and present complex solutions in wider forums.
• Collaborate with clients to drive strategic outcomes and transformation initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposal development.
• Guide and mentor delivery teams through agile methodologies.
• Support end-to-end delivery using Appian, Pega, or similar technologies.
