The BPO Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for inventory and order management, invoice loading, reporting and general support for our customers’ accounts. Working within the Customer Success team, you will be key in maintaining high levels of customer service and meeting deliverables. You will work with both an internal team and directly with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory management on TEM (Telecom Expense Management) platform. Including managing user profiles and accounts, line assignments, maintaining customer details, managing requests with carriers.
  • Order Management on TEM platform. Including placing orders, tracking and updating orders through to completion, updating systems with all details, updating the catalogue.
  • Creation and distribution of custom reports (e.g. financial, rebilling, markup), control of invoice and inventory imports, providing data for reports to users and managers.
  • Invoice loading for customers.
  • Provide information for carrier invoices, deal with management of specific requests from customers, train customers on use of platform.
  • Attending meetings with customers alongside Customer Success Managers, and as requested by customer.
  • Any other duties as directed by your manager.
