We are currently seeking a BPO HC and Insurance Operations Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Pay for this role is $20/HR. Hours of Operations anytime Mon-Fri between 7am and 7pm CST with the possibility of Saturdays. Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, overtime may be required based on business requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years’ experience in reviewing Medical Records/Insurance Policies and/or Critical Illness documentation up to and including processing/adjudicating claims.
- High School or Post Secondary Graduate
- 2 years’ experience in a business role that required multi-level stakeholders’ communication including customer complaint resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Operate efficiently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Review transaction history to document timelines and recommend required set of next steps.
- Operating systems training includes transaction processing software and providing input to enhance system functionality.
- Time management & case completion reporting/responsibilities daily.
- Basic troubleshooting and hardware & software technical skills will be required.
- Review medical records and/or end to end claims adjudicate.
- Metric goals adherence for Productivity, Quality, Attendance and Knowledge.
- Contribute every quarter to improve process Efficiencies and Quality.
- Identify opportunities that can enhance customer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel and complete Office Suite including pivot table creation.
- Analyze vast volumes of data accurately using MS Office tools (Excel)
- Provide feedback to build/enhance process automation solutions.
- Complete all the required training programs required to perform the job duties.
- Pursue additional certifications as required to enhance skill sets to meet state/regulatory requirements with department approval.
New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.
* All new hires will be required to successfully complete our training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.
Must Pass Drug screen.
Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
