REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Experience handling financial / Billing account as a Team leader is required.
  • At least2-4 years TL experience in contact center environment.
    -Was able to handle a team of 15 - 20 associates.
    -Ability to communicate directly with the client, provide daily performance reporting to leadership + client.
  • Must be able to coach to effective sales pitch practices, and lead the team by example and experience (rather than by definition).
  • Amenable to work in 1 Nito Tower Archbishop, Reyes Ave, Cebu city or Mandaue.
  • Should be willing to start anytime.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
