As a Business Process Reengineering Manager, you will analyse existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design solutions that streamline operations and increase efficiency. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise workflows, monitor effectiveness, and ensure sustainable improvements across the organisation. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and design optimised workflows. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments where necessary. Communicate progress and results clearly to senior management and stakeholders. Train and support team members on new processes and procedures. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process reengineering. We'd Love to Hear From You If... Experience You have at least 5 years of experience in business process reengineering, preferably in a technology or consulting company. You have a proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives. Technical Expertise You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. You are proficient in process mapping and analysis tools. You have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (advantage). Ways of Working You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. You communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships. You work independently while contributing effectively in team environments. You are willing to travel as needed.
