Company Description Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground. Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Meanwhile, the development of electro-hydraulic steering and electric power steering system are also in progress. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management. 博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场，并开展电液混合及电动助力转向系统的开发。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。 Job Description Introduce and continuously improve BPS (Bosch Production System) System approach in the plant (System CIP àPoint CIP àDaily management). 在工厂内引入和持续地改进BPS（博世生产系统）系统方法（系统CIPà点CIPà日常管理） Organize and moderate System CIP workshop, follow up defined System CIP projects implementation. 组织主持系统CIP研讨会，跟进定义的系统CIP项目的实施 Assist System CIP projects implementation in the value stream, provide necessary theoretical training of BPS tools based on project requrest (Such as VSM/VSA/VSD, 5S, QCO, TPM, Pull system, KPI Tree, etc.) 协助价值流中的系统CIP项目实施，根据项目需求提供必要的BPS工具培训（比如：价值流程图/价值流分析/价值流设计，5S，快速换型，全员设备维护，拉动系统，KPI树等） Support new project in planning phase according to PGL (Planning Guideline) 根据PGL对新项目在规划阶段给与支持 Organize and carry out shop floor 5S audit, responsible for 5S implementation in shopfloor 组织实施车间5S审核，负责车间5S实施 Assist BPS maturity assessment and BPS essentials self-check 协助BPS成熟度审核和BPS要素自审 Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作 Qualifications Manufacturing related major. 本科或以上学历，工业工程, 机械设计制造相关专业。 At least 3 years work experience in lean production project identification, implementation, and coordination. Responsibilities

The BPS Coordinator will introduce and continuously improve the Bosch Production System in the plant, organizing workshops and supporting project implementations. They will also conduct audits and assist in BPS maturity assessments.
