SearchPlus HR is seeking a qualified Brain Injury Medicine Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients suffering from brain injuries, including traumatic and acquired brain injuries. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of life. Your expertise will guide the rehabilitation process, ensuring that patients receive the necessary medical support, therapy, and education to navigate their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with brain injuries. Diagnose various brain injury conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with neurologists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare practitioners. Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery processes. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and needs. Engage in professional development and stay current with advancements in brain injury care. Medical degree with a valid license to practice in brain injury medicine. Completion of residency training in a relevant medical specialty, such as Neurology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Board certification in Brain Injury Medicine is preferred. Experience in managing patients with brain injuries. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to medical care. Detail-oriented with robust clinical documentation skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Working Time is Full Time.
