SearchPlus HR is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Brain Injury Medicine Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with brain injuries, employing a patient-centered approach to care. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the recovery journey of patients, and you will provide ongoing education and support to both patients and their families to navigate the challenges of brain injury recovery. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients presenting with brain injuries. Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient assessments. Cooperate with neurologists, rehabilitation therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about brain injuries and recovery processes. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in the field. Medical degree with valid licensure to practice in Brain Injury Medicine. Completion of residency training in Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or related field. Board certification in Brain Injury Medicine preferred. Demonstrated experience diagnosing and managing brain injuries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic and patient-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance
