Job Description: Falcon is looking to add Brake Press Operator to our team. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Press Brake machine Run production parts independently Inspect parts for quality and conformance to blueprint specifications Maintains work area and equipment. Loads and unloads metal blanks. Reports to Department Manager. May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing Minimum 1 year of experience in operating Cincinnati and Amada Press Brakes High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to read blueprints and measure parts. Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in a timely manner. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Detail-orientated Energetic and eager to learn. Dependable Regularly may lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
