JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating press brake machines to fabricate metal components according to specifications. The Press Brake Operator will ensure quality and precision in all produced parts while adhering to safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years’ experience working with press brake machine
• Knowledge of industrial machines an asset, such as CNC, Turret Press and Deburring machines
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to work safely and in an efficient manner

  Shift Morning: Monday to Thursday : 7 am to 4:15 pm and Friday: 7 am to 3:15pm

• Operating controls, setting machine functions, deburring and inspection of parts to assure conformance
• Must be able to work from drawings and sketches provided, read and understand manuals and specification of sample parts
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of work area throughout the work day
• Detect equipment malfunctions and material deficiencies
• Calculate blank sizes, bend locations, appropriate tonnage and tooling for each part being formed
• Overseeing the Turret machine and Deburring machine to ensure line productivity
