Impact Cases Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brake Press Operator & Assembler. This is a full-time position that we wish to fill immediately. including programming, maintaining and troubleshooting. Metal Fabricating experience is essential for this position along with understanding drawings and assembly processes. Majority of materials utilized in our product design is aluminum. Salary will be based on experience. you will be tested and evaluated by our team of experienced operators on equipment and process knowledge.
Equipment:
· Trumpf TrumaBend V85S CNC Brake Press
· Mid-West Wide Belt Sander / with Dust Extraction
· PEM Inserter Press (Various)
Job Duties:
· Operate & Set-up & Calibrate CNC Brake Press
· Collaborate with Product Design Engineers on Process details
· Maintenance program as required
· Daily time sheet management
· Multi-task between Bending, Punching & Assembly
· Sanding sheet metal material when required
· Occasional receiving of materials when they arrive
· Assembly work of components and finished goods (when required)
