Magnum IC Company in India: In India, Kwality Wall’s (brand of Hindustan Unilever) is a large IC business with national presence. The HUL board has approved the demerger of Kwality Walls India business as a separate listed entity. Hence KWIL will be 100% part of the Magnum IC company with its India head office in Mumbai. Role Overview As the Branch Activation Manager, you will be the strategic and executional bridge between national marketing strategies and local market realities. This role combines trade marketing, category planning, and brand activation to drive consumer engagement, sales growth, and brand visibility across channels. You will lead branch initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure excellence at the point of sale. As a branch activation manager of KWIL, the person will be accountable for the KWIL monthly & quarterly volume & value growth. The person will be responsible for regional activation, high level of analytics to drive growth in every strategic channel / brand cell. The incumbent will be responsible for 5 big things (i) Focus monthly channel growth (ii) Retail productivity : Analytics to drive productivity of GT / Vending outlets. (iii) Branch opportunities for growth – Fairs and Festivals and Out of home events where consumption of IC is an opportunity (iv) Channel Program for growth (v) Monthly analytics on monthly estimation planning by channel. This role is a regional control centre, this role stretches your analytical skills, influencing skills and rigour in execution. You will lead regional & initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure excellence at the point of sale. The person will work with the central teams, to plan the right inputs for the region along with central and regional teams and prepare a growth plan in accordance with the AOP Owner of the monthly / quarterly S&OP planning. Drive analytics by key cells (Channel* Region*SKU) and build relevant SOG’s for every channel and branch for driving competitive volume growth Plan & execute rhythm of the year. Business planning by month and quarter Responsible for deploying the regional plans in channels so that we drive more value growth and reduce non productive assets. Trade Marketing & Champion for sales productivity Analyse internal & external data to drive channel insights and plan activities which will help us to win share – visibility / assortment / velocity Analyse the performance of the channel programs in the region and take calls, on next month actions on drop or gains Build & scale the retail environment initiatives for Ice-cream Category so that we drive more availability and visibility and build relevant assortment which drives assortment and win volume share. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with branch sales team, supply planners, category teams and finance on the shape of growth, and key commercial goals. Work with COE teams on selling system productivity and driving right sales capability in the region. Performance Analysis & Weekly new flash Anchor analysis of the week and month delivery. The person will be responsible to hold the channel & sales forecast. Clearly spelling out the gaps and areas of wins and concerns.
