Job Details Job Location: Coburn's of Memphis - Covington (70) - Memphis, TN Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Summary The Branch Administration position is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations of the Branch, by managing cash flow, assisting customers with payments and ensuring inventory is accurate in Coburn Computer System. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Focus Area: Performance Measure: Cash Flow Management Cash is properly handled, accounted for and safeguarded within the guidelines of the Coburn’s Cash Policy & Procedures. Focus Area: Performance Measure: Customer Service Coburn’s exceptional level of customer service is maintained by working with customers on managing their accounts and de-escalating customer service issues. Focus Area: Performance Measure: Inventory Management Inventory is accurate in Coburn Computer System and corresponds with physical inventory. Focus Area: Performance Measure: Collections/ Accounting Payments are timely and accurately applied to proper accounts and past due accounts are identified monthly and actively pursued for payment. Focus Area: Performance Measure: Office Administration Support the Branch Manager by assisting with daily tasks and duties. Qualifications Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required. Must possess basic math skills and carry out cash transactions. 3 years of experience in Office Administration, Customer Service or Sales preferred OR 1 year progressive internal experience with Coburn’s. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to occasionally stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. A consistent presence at work is required. Must pass company required drug screen and physical. This position may require a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to the bank and other locations.
