The Branch Administrative Assistant supports the daily operations of our branch by providing exceptional administrative, client service, and operational support. This role ensures the branch runs smoothly, advisors are supported, and clients receive a high‑quality experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced client‑focused environment. The candidate is a self-motivated individual with exceptional administrative skills and a dependable nature. The candidate will bring to the role the ability to work within deadlines, both independently and as part of a team, as well as proven effective time management skills and a focus on customer service. As a key member of the team, your contributions are crucial to the success of the client relationship, with the Financial Advisors, and to the overall success of the Branch. Here is what we are looking for: · Excellent proficiency with MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook · Experience with Dataphile, CRM, Docusign and Adobe is preferrable · Experience in the Investment Industry, with knowledge of RRSP, RRIF, LIF, TFSA · Meticulous attention to detail · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · The desire to contribute to a collaborative working environment, while maintaining a professional, positive manner · Superior customer service skills · Self-starter attributes, motivated and hardworking with the ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and provide necessary follow-up · Strong organizational skills · Superior problem-solving skills · Ability to effectively handle confidential information. · Holder of the CSC is an asset for this position Working conditions · Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm · Some overtime may be required during busy seasons or to accommodate client needs · Benefits package · Support for continuous life-long education and professional development
