JOB OVERVIEW

The Branch Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch office. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional administrative support. Working within a small, friendly team, the successful candidate will be responsible for various office tasks such as processing orders, invoicing, credits, reviewing stock levels and providing excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail in data entry and record keeping is crucial.
