Work Base: Unit B, City link industrial estate, Govan, Glasgow, G513HD
Working Hours: 39 hrs per week, Mon- Thursday 8- 5pm, Friday 8am -4pm.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Branch Administrator is responsible for day-to-day customer liaison, asset control administration, control of third-party invoicing and dealing with queries arising from head office support functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You can be the first point for customer queries, you will get involved with initial investigations, resolution and advise as appropriate including telephone calls and e-mails.
  • Respond to internal head office enquiries including sales and finance.
  • Processing data in a number of different systems.
  • Call customers and tenants to arrange visits by Orbis personnel.
  • Support the Credit Control team to enable efficient collection of cash.
  • Check third-party invoices against jobs for correct pricing and quantities.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the Region.
