Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of branch operations
  • Handle incoming calls and manage the branch switchboard
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Provide administrative support across departments when required
  • Prepare sales quotations, issue invoices, and process delivery tickets
