AS OUR NEW BRANCH ANALYST WE’D NEED YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

Responsibilities

· Checking/monitoring emails daily - Report any Complaints & Safeguarding’s identified to Branch Managers accordingly.
· Actioning any concerns/attention emails and make any relevant referrals. You will ensure all details of actions taken are logged onto our ‘Care Planning system’, for each service user.
· Ensuring any cancellations that are put through by care workers are manually entered onto our system correctly.
· Checking/monitoring finance on our system - Ensure all calls/visits are confirmed and accurate by the deadline for payroll.
· Checking/monitoring the care worker’s log in entries - Contact individuals to obtain correct times if any entries are incorrect.
· Checking/matching all ‘Double Up Visits’
· Inputting care home timesheets onto the system
· Actioning and making any appropriate amendments to the system from the weekly reports sent to you
· Completing and inputting data onto a 4-weekly report
· Reviewing the 4-weekly data and provide a weekly breakdown to your Branch Manager & Operations Analyst
· Liaising closely with Care Coordinators and notify of any hospital admissions, suspensions, holidays and terminated service users.
· Contacting and chasing local hospitals daily, regarding hospital admissions - Update our system with any cancellations/suspensions.
· Reviewing and monitoring data, reporting any concerns identified to the Branch Manager.
· Responding to any submissions queries (if required).
