What will the role be about
Assists in day-to-day operations, manages relationships with customers and ensures that the branch is running smoothly.

Organization of the branch

  • Greet customers and suppliers
  • Assist the site manager with HR management
  • Assist the team in communicating and organizing activities
  • Report data to management software and alerts them in the event of inconsistency
  • Order supplies and equipment for the branch

Administrative management and life of the contract

  • Issue quotes, contracts and amendments
  • Record, monitors and invoices claims in liaison with the insurance companies and/or the insurance department at home branch (depending on the claim - SST or SAT)
  • Monitor customer collections in the event of non-payment
  • Manage rental/ service requests
  • Check the agency’s cash registers on a monthly basis for validation by the RO.
  • Prepare invoices for services / Classifies invoices according to due dates
  • Report vehicle claims to the insurance department
  • Processes administrative operations relating to the commercial management of the branch

Manages vehicle movements

  • Carrie out operational tasks required by the agency (RIV, movements, etc.)

Who are we looking for (must have / nice to have)

  • Degree in administrative and/or commercial management.
  • Without a specific diploma, significant experience in this field is also an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge of office softwares (Word, Excel, etc.) and communication tools (Internet, Outlook, etc.).
  • You know how to prioritize urgency, anticipate, organize and manage unforeseen events.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively.
  • You have good interpersonal and commercial skills with customers.
  • You have a strong commitment to the collective success of the team and to customer satisfaction.
