ABOUT JOB As a Branch Business Development, you will play a vital role in driving growth within your assigned area by acquiring and retaining UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). You will be responsible for implementing brand awareness and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and shipment targets, while also supporting UMKM partners in developing their businesses with Paxel. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Acquire and retain UMKM partners within the assigned region. * Implement and execute brand awareness and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and shipment targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with UMKM partners to ensure sustainable growth. * Support UMKM partners in business development initiatives to enhance their performance with Paxel. * Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES * Bachelor’s degree in any major. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales with B2B or B2C segments. * Strong knowledge of food & beverage, premium products (fashion, electronics), and pharma/dental logistics. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic team and fast-paced environment. * Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically.
