The Merrimack is seeking a well-seasoned Branch & Business Development Manager to lead our retail banking team at our Henniker, NH branch. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism, be a team-player with strong leadership skills and have the ability to change direction to meet business banking needs.  We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefit package including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, generous retirement savings plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, professional development and the opportunity to work with a great team!     Salary negotiable based on level of experience Branch & Business Development Manager: $61,500 - $76,500   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals * Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development  * Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support   JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Three to five years of experience in the Rochester, NH area market * Background in retail management and supervisory experience a must * Must be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality service * Previous experience with business development and/or sales * Thorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the Branch * Flexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as needed      We believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
