Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking an experienced, supportive, organized Branch Call Support Consultant to join their Service Delivery Division. In this role, you’ll be responsible to support Branches, Call Center, and other departments in assisting customers with the resolution of operational inquires and concerns. Top Skills' Details 3 years of progressively responsible experience in call center or bank branch environment Familiarity with technology systems Work experience in a customer service-oriented field preferred Good written and verbal communication Able to handle confidential matters judiciously Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines Good time management skills Flexible and adaptable to work various hours, days, weekends and holidays Additional Skills & Qualifications Muti-tasking and ability to handle escalation calls is needed Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
