Velocity Truck Rental & Leasing is looking for a Branch Coordinator to join our team for following hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two (2) to five (5) years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to pass post offer drug test, and physical
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing is looking for a dynamic and self-starting individual for the role of Branch Coordinator at our Rancho Dominguez Location. In the role of Branch Coordinator, you will provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains all unit and other files for proper filing and document retention as per legal requirements.
  • Maintains constant contact with customers via e mail and phone for service-related matters.
  • Administers the preventive maintenance program with scheduling and appointments.
  • Processes invoices and repair orders for payment into the maintenance management system.
  • Assists with maintenance operations and customer service at the service desk.
  • Supports the rental and leasing departments with transactions, contracts, deliveries, and returns.
  • Orders and maintains required administrative supplies as required.
  • Provides administrative support to other branches as needed.
  • Shop administration in other areas including supporting internal departments as directed.
