Do you have leadership experience gained a Building Material Distributor?
Do you have experience leading teams?
Frazer is the UKs leading specialist supplier of ground preparation, drainage, utilities and flood prevention solutions - for housing, commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
We are on the hunt for a Branch Director to lead the team in our Bodmin branch, who is as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 7am- 5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Frazer, Dunmere Road, Bodmin, PL31 2QN

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous leadership experience within Building Material distributor
  • Strong Sales aptitude
  • Driving Licence is required
  • First and foremost, we always want to recruit great people that really understand our values and ways of working.
  • It is important you have can evidence experience in motivating and driving sales for this role.
  • You will already have strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service.

  • Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities
  • Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations
  • Build effective relationships with suppliers
  • Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
  • Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
