As a Branch External sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice and to walk in and existing clients within a high-volume service branch environment. The role focuses on understanding client financial needs, offering appropriate product solutions, and ensuring ongoing client relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA legislation and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and FNB governance. Responsibilities
The advisor is responsible for providing compliant financial advice and tailored product solutions to walk-in and existing clients within a branch. They must manage client relationships, achieve sales and service targets, and ensure all interactions adhere to FAIS, FICA, and TCF legislation.
