We are currently seeking a dynamic Branch Manager I to join our team and help drive our mission forward. About the Role The Branch Manager I is responsible for leading branch operations, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional member experience. This role ensures policies and procedures are followed while driving growth, strengthening relationships, and supporting the financial well-being of our members. Requirements Experience: 1-3 years of similar or related experience Education:(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) a completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program Physical Requirements: Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
