About the Role We’re looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our first Canada Gold location in Abbotsford! This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of store performance, team development, and day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for creating a high-performing, customer-focused environment while ensuring accuracy across cash handling, inventory, and data processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy leading from the front, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and confidence Manage cash flow, including regular counts and strict adherence to procedures Oversee inventory counts, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution Ensure accurate data entry and maintain strong operational controls Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation Collaborate with other store managers to share insights and improve performance Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards What You Bring 2–3+ years of management experience, ideally in retail or a customer-facing environment Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, team-first approach Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills High attention to detail, especially in financials and inventory management Comfort with POS systems, Excel, and general computer tools Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed What We Offer Competitive salary ($60,000 - $65,000 per year + Performance Based Bonuses!)
